Scooters / Accessories / Spare Parts Delivery Time
All orders to be delivered within the mainland United Kingdom, Poland, and Germany are usually processed within 5 to 9 business days. Orders to other European countries and Scotland are processed within 5 to 12 business days. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Deliveries may occur on weekends but never on public holidays. Delays due to customs, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Shipping Costs – Scooters
All deliveries within the mainland European Union as well as within the United Kingdom (excluding Scotland) do not incur additional shipping costs. Orders delivered to European countries outside the EU or the UK may include additional costs, which will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Veleco may charge extra shipping costs for deliveries to remote areas, such as islands. This covers the cost of transporting the delivery van across a body of water, both ways. To minimise this cost for customers, Veleco may deliver the vehicle to the nearest port.
Shipping Costs – Accessories / Spare Parts
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address provided at checkout. For accessories or spare parts purchased together with a scooter, no additional delivery cost will apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking link. Each time the status of your order changes, you will be notified via email. If you do not receive any emails from us, it may indicate that an incorrect email address was provided when placing your order. In this case, please contact us promptly to resolve the issue.
International Shipping Policy
We offer shipping to all European countries. We do not deliver to the USA, Canada, Africa, Asia, or Australia.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Veleco is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import tariffs applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes). Orders delivered to mainland UK and EU countries are not subject to customs or duty fees.
Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items
According to our shipping policy, you are required to check the condition of your order upon delivery. If the order is incomplete or damaged upon delivery, the customer must file a claim with the delivery driver or contact Veleco immediately. Items damaged after acceptance, which are not covered by warranty, may not be eligible for free replacement.
Return Policy
For detailed information on how to return your order, please check our Return Policy published on this website. Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU and UK consumer law.
